How do I apply a nasal strip correctly?

Wash with a non-oily cleanser and dry thoroughly (skin oils kill adhesion). Peel the backing, centre the strip about 1 cm above the flare of your nostrils, and press firmly for 10 seconds along the full length. Apply 5–10 minutes before bed or before training.

How long can I wear a nasal strip?

Up to 12 hours per strip. One strip per night or per training session — remove gently with warm water and never re-use a strip.

Will nasal strips help with snoring or a blocked nose?

They help with snoring caused by a narrow nasal valve and with congestion that sits at the front of the nose (colds, hayfever, mild allergies). They won't help snoring from a soft-palate or tongue cause, and they don't reach swelling deep in the sinuses. Not a medical treatment.
