These terms apply when you choose Subscribe & Save on rhinogear.com.au, operated by RhinoGear Pty Ltd (ABN 62 677 005 793).
How it works
- You choose your delivery frequency at checkout (typically every 30, 60 or 90 days).
- Your first order is processed immediately at the discounted subscription price.
- Each subsequent order is automatically charged to your saved payment method on the same cadence and shipped from our warehouse.
- The subscription discount applies for as long as your subscription remains active.
Price & currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping is free on subscription orders over $50; otherwise standard shipping rates apply. We may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice by email — you can cancel before the next renewal at no cost.
Skip, pause or cancel — anytime
- You can skip the next delivery, change your cadence, pause or cancel at any time.
- Email Support@rhinogear.com.au with your order number — we'll action it within one business day.
- There are no cancellation fees, no minimum number of orders, and no lock-in contract.
Cut-off for the next renewal
To stop a renewal, please email us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge (you'll see the date in your confirmation email). If a charge has already been processed, we'll cancel any future renewals immediately and — if the order hasn't shipped — refund the most recent charge in full.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry once and email you. If it fails again, the subscription is paused until you update your payment details.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these billing terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
