Will I be charged before my next delivery?
No. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before any subscription order is processed, so you have plenty of time to skip, swap or cancel.
Can I cancel after my first delivery?
Yes — you can cancel any time, including after your first order. There's no minimum commitment.
What if I forget my password?
On the Shopify account page, click 'Forgot password' and you'll receive a reset email within a few minutes.
Do I keep my subscription discount?
Yes — your subscriber pricing locks in for as long as your subscription is active.
