These terms apply to all purchases from rhinogear.com.au, operated by RhinoGear Pty Ltd (ABN 62 677 005 793), Office 311/34–36 Glenferrie Drive, Robina QLD 4226, Australia ("RhinoGear", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal — we never see or store your full card details.
Order acceptance & dispatch
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day from our Australian warehouse. See our Shipping policy for full details.
Returns & refunds
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered for 30 days from delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy. Change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted on these hygiene products once shipped.
Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, recurring charges and cancellation are governed by our Subscription Billing Terms. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time at no cost.
Product information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to display calibration. RhinoGear nasal strips are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG 508285). Always read the label and follow the directions for use; if symptoms persist, worsen, or you have any health concerns, talk to your healthcare professional. RhinoGear products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, photography and copy are owned by RhinoGear Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Consumer guarantees & liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other claim is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
