Does what it stated. Definitely cheaper than some of the other ones around. I did use the others too, but they work similarly the same. But this is very cost effective in a longer run.
I really like these, they keep me breathing through my nose during the night so I dont have to wake up to rinse my sinuses. No more dry mouth or sore throat in the morning!
A game changer. Great product and price
These are more comfortable than the product you insert into your nose. The metal spring strip holds your nostrils open. I have a deviated septum and could breathe easily. Just make sure your nose is clean and dry before use and it will stick really well.

Now this is a good nose strip. Seriously. It opens my sinuses up heaps and really allows airflow. I tried a bunch of other strips but none came even close to the rhino ones. The adhesive is fantastic, the strength of the centre piece is wonderful. I highly recommend this product if you struggle to sleep or just want more airflow in your day to day tasks.

Really good, great sticking ability and has metal in it to work even better, make sure to wipe face before use and if you roll on your face a lot when sleeping you could peel it off
I have always wanted to look like an NFL linebacker when i sleep and these allow me to do that. Beyond the "game night" asthetic that my wife loves, these strips are great. They spread the nose out ans allow air to flow. This makes for a nicer sleepy time. I recommend these to anyone else with a deviated septum.
Amazing, and life changing for sleep whilst waiting to get my sinuses and deviated septum sorted out although my second order/batch seems to not be as sticky but this not terrible as when I first started using them felt like I was tearing my skin, and these ones last all night just the edges start peeling off! Can’t comment on the snoring as I sleep alone but my cat has started sleeping in the room with me again, so is possible my snoring was keeping him away
Very strong. Have to remove very carefully in the morning to avoid taking skin off the bridge of the nose where the skin is thin.
Helped open my nostrils for sleeping. I found they worked if I put them vertically down my nose and pulled my nose up as I put them on..so they worked both ways.
