Australian orders
All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within one business day of being placed.
- Standard shipping: 2–6 business days — $7.95, free on orders over $40.
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days — $12.95.
International orders
We ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and most of Europe. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, email support@rhinogear.au.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed by more than 10 business days (AU) or 30 days (international), or arrives damaged, contact our support team and we'll resolve it free of charge.
