Because RhinoGear products are personal-use hygiene items, we don't offer change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before ordering.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — and we'll cover return postage. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
