Training
Can you exercise with nasal strips on?

Short answer
Yes. Many runners, cyclists and team-sport athletes wear nasal strips during training to support a feeling of more open nasal airflow.
Nasal strips are drug-free and approved for use in most sports. They are widely used in running, cycling, football and combat sports for a calmer, more controlled breathing pattern.
Sweat will reduce wear time. For long sessions, apply to clean dry skin and allow 30 seconds of pressure for the adhesive to bond.
