Short answer

No difference. 'Nose strips' and 'nasal strips' mean the same product. Don't confuse them with pore strips (a skincare product).

Both terms refer to the same adhesive band worn across the bridge of the nose to widen the nasal valve.

Pore strips, by contrast, are a skincare product applied to the nose to remove blackheads — completely different category.
