Nasal Strips to
Breathe Easier.. Train Harder.. Sleep Deeper.. Snore Less.

Premium nasal strips and sleep mouth tape. Designed to open your nose and support nasal breathing. Our nose strips lift the external nasal valve so you breathe through your nose — not your mouth — at night and mid-set.

How it works

Three steps to your best sleep.

01

Apply

Stick a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose. Add mouth tape across closed lips.

02

Sleep or Train

Your airways stay open whether you're sleeping or training. Your body breathes how it was designed to.

03

Rise

Remove the strip and tape in the morning. That's the whole routine.

The basics

What are nasal strips?

Nasal strips — also called nose strips — are small, flexible adhesive bands worn across the bridge of the nose. Inside each strip sits a spring-like polyester band that, once stuck down, gently pulls outward on the soft cartilage on the sides of your nostrils. That lift opens the external nasal valve — the narrowest point of your airway — and lowers nasal resistance, so air moves through your nose with less effort.

Because the effect is purely mechanical, nasal strips are drug-free: no decongestants, no antihistamines, no rebound congestion. RhinoGear nasal strips are TGA-listed (ARTG 508285), latex-free, and use a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive engineered to hold through 8 hours of sleep, sweat and side-sleeping — then peel off cleanly the next morning.

People use nasal strips for three main reasons: to reduce snoring caused by a partially collapsed nasal valve, to breathe easier at night when allergies, a cold or a deviated septum block one side, and to support nasal breathing during exercise — running, cycling, BJJ and lifting all benefit from lower nasal resistance and the nitric oxide produced by nose-only breathing.

Apply by centring the strip just above the flare of the nostrils on clean, dry skin and pressing firmly for 20 seconds. Wear up to 12 hours, remove with warm water — never rip dry.
