What are nose strips?

Nose strips (also called nasal strips, breathing strips or nose tape) are adhesive bands with flexible spring ribs. When pressed across the bridge of the nose, the springs try to flatten and pull the soft cartilage outward — widening the external nasal valve and lowering airway resistance.

The terms "nose strips" and "nasal strips" describe the same product. RhinoGear strips are dual-spring for stronger lift, hypoallergenic, latex-free and TGA-listed (ARTG 508285).
