Short answer
Not recommended. Steam and water weaken the adhesive and reduce wear time. Apply after your shower instead.
The acrylic adhesive softens with prolonged exposure to hot water and steam, which is great for removal but bad for staying power.
Apply nasal strips to clean, dry skin — ideally 5 minutes after towelling off — for the best bond.
