How do you remove a nasal strip painlessly?

Short answer
Wet the strip with warm water for 15–20 seconds in the shower, then peel slowly from one end to the other. Never rip it off dry.
Warm water softens the acrylic adhesive without damaging the spring-band, and lifts the bond from the skin gently.
If the strip is stubborn, leave a warm damp washcloth over it for 30 seconds before peeling.
Ripping a dry strip off the bridge of your nose is the number-one cause of redness and minor skin irritation.
