Mouth tape
Does mouth tape work?

Short answer
Yes, for the right kind of snorer. Mouth tape works best for people whose snoring or dry mouth is caused by mouth-breathing during sleep.
Clinical studies on mouth taping show it can reduce snoring intensity and improve nasal breathing in mouth-breathers, especially when the nose is already clear.
It does not treat obstructive sleep apnoea or throat-level snoring. If your snoring is loud, irregular or includes pauses, see a doctor before taping.
Most RhinoGear customers notice less dry mouth and quieter nights within the first week of nightly use.
