Mouth tape
What does mouth tape do?

Short answer
Mouth tape gently keeps your lips together so you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth while you sleep.
During sleep the jaw can drop open, pulling air through the mouth. This dries the airway, increases snoring from the soft palate, and bypasses the nose's natural filtering.
Mouth tape provides gentle tactile feedback that keeps the lips closed, redirecting airflow through the nose. The result is usually less dry mouth, quieter snoring and a fresher wake-up.
