Can kids use nasal strips?
Updated 5 May 2026
Short answer
RhinoGear nasal strips are designed for adults (16+). For younger children, please consult a paediatrician first.
Children's nasal anatomy and skin sensitivity are different from adults', and the spring-band tension on RhinoGear strips is calibrated for adult-sized noses.
We do not recommend RhinoGear nasal strips for children under 16 without specific guidance from a paediatrician or ENT.
If a child is snoring loudly or struggling to breathe through their nose, the right first step is a GP appointment, not an over-the-counter strip.
